Which code do I have?
A friend code unlocks a discount in Undermax Friends. A purchased redemption code activates its stated credits or package on the redemption page. A personal itch.io download link opens the delivered product. These are different types of access.
How do I redeem credits or a package?
Open the official redemption page, sign in with itch.io, enter the code and requested email, review its allowance and available products, then confirm your selection. New redemptions are saved to that account in My licenses. Keep the receipt and resulting links. Return with the itch.io account that redeemed the code. An older redemption may also require its original email.
Can I use standard credits for Card Duel System?
Card Duel System requires its specific eligible offer or package. Standard plugin credits do not automatically include it. Check the package contents and Expansion Pack requirements before purchase.
How do I keep access through itch.io?
Open each personal download link and use itch.io's claim option while signed in to your own account. Claiming connects access to that account. Do not post the link publicly. Available files depend on the product and access tier included in your purchase.
What if a code, product or link is unavailable?
Keep the order reference and contact [email protected]. Tell us the product and error shown. Do not send your password or buy again to troubleshoot. Stock or delivery problems do not remove rights available under the refund policy.
Can I request a cancellation or refund?
Digital purchases are normally final. We review exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, missing delivery or unresolved material defects. Mandatory consumer rights and payment-provider remedies remain available. Email support with your receipt reference; no support account is required. What license applies to the plugins?
The product license and any specific terms supplied with the product apply regardless of the purchase route. Bundles cover their listed contents; separately sold Expansion Packs may need a parent product.
What information is used?
Redemption uses your itch.io account identifier, code, provided email, selected products and delivery records. Purchases and support have their own necessary records. Our privacy notice explains purposes, providers, storage and how to contact us about your information.
