How do I get started?
Follow a partner link or enter a friend code, then sign in with itch.io to explore your special prices.
Which products can I choose?
Enter your code to see eligible plugins. Browse packs to find related plugins and add them together. Each plugin is priced individually. You can also browse our full plugin catalog.
What do I need before purchasing?
A licensed copy of RPG Maker MZ, the versions and any parent products listed on the product page, an internet connection and an itch.io account. These are not included unless the offer says so. The purchaser must be 18 or older and able to contract; a parent or guardian must purchase for a minor.
Who processes my payment?
PayPal processes the payment. Undermax handles your order, product delivery and support. We do not ask for your PayPal password or full card details. See our privacy notice for the data used by each service.
When will I see my total?
You can review each product, your discount and the full total before paying.
How will I receive my plugins?
Enter your receipt email at checkout. After payment, open each personal link and claim the product with your signed-in itch.io account. Your receipt and links are also saved in My account.
Do I need an itch.io account?
Yes. Sign in to claim your products and keep access through your itch.io account. Keep your links private.
What if my code does not work?
Check the code or use the link your partner shared. If it still fails, contact Undermax Support.
What if my payment is interrupted?
If PayPal shows a charge but you do not receive your links, do not pay again. Save your order or PayPal reference and contact support.
Can I request a refund?
Digital purchases are normally final. We review exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, missing delivery or unresolved material defects. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Read the refund policy or contact us with your order reference.
