Plugin Code Redemption: Plugin redemption codes can only be purchased or obtained through our official platforms: Itch.io or directly via the official Undermax domain (undermax.online). Codes acquired from any other source are not valid and will not be supported. We do not authorize the sale or distribution of codes through third-party websites, resellers, or unofficial channels.

Refund Policy

All purchases made through Undermax or our authorized platform (Itch.io) are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products, once a plugin or asset has been downloaded, we are unable to revoke access or prevent further use. This policy is in place because digital products can be copied, stored, and reused indefinitely, making it impossible to guarantee that the product will not be used after a refund is issued.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, accidental purchase, or incompatibility with your project.

Redemption Codes: The same non-refundable policy applies to plugin redemption codes. Once a code has been delivered or redeemed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only codes purchased through our official channels are valid for redemption.
