1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Undermax Co. handles information in Undermax - Card Duel Studio, including the optional Studio Assistant feature, and on the Card Duel System official website. It does not replace the privacy policies of services that you choose to connect.
2. Information stored on your device
Card Duel Studio stores its preferences, recent-project references, logs, profiles, modules, localization data, and Studio Assistant settings locally on your Windows device. Project content is read from and written to the RPG Maker MZ project folders that you select. These files remain local unless you explicitly use a feature that sends selected content to a connected third-party service.
API credentials are stored locally and protected with Electron secure storage backed by Windows when that protection is available. Undermax does not receive or keep a copy of those credentials. You control these local files and can remove them by using the app's controls or deleting its local application data after uninstalling.
3. Optional Studio Assistant
Studio Assistant is disabled until you choose to enable it and accept its terms. When you connect a cloud AI provider, the app sends the project context and instructions needed for your request directly from your device to the provider that you selected. If you also enable image context, the selected card image may be sent directly to that provider. Image context is disabled by default. The provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Undermax does not proxy, receive, log, sell, or train on those prompts, images, or responses.
When you use Ollama with a local model, requests are sent to the local Ollama address on your computer. In the Microsoft Store edition, Ollama and its models must be obtained and managed separately from Card Duel Studio.
Do not include personal, confidential, or third-party information in an AI request unless you have permission and understand the selected provider's data practices. You can disconnect a provider or disable Studio Assistant at any time.
4. Website and update requests
The official website and public update or catalog endpoints may receive standard technical request data such as IP address, browser or app user agent, requested URL, time, and network error information. This data may be processed in routine server or hosting logs for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and delivery of requested content. Card Duel Studio does not include third-party advertising or behavioral advertising trackers.
5. Support and safety reports
If you contact Undermax Support, report inappropriate AI content, or submit feedback, Undermax receives the information that you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and diagnostic details. Remove API keys, passwords, private project content, and unrelated personal information before sending a report.
Support information is used to answer your request, investigate safety or reliability concerns, prevent abuse, and keep a reasonable business record of the interaction.
6. Sharing, selling, and retention
Undermax does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website or support channel, when you direct the app to contact a third-party provider, or when disclosure is legally required or needed to protect users, rights, and service security.
Local application data remains on your device until you remove it. Support records and essential security logs are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for support, legal, fraud-prevention, and security purposes. Connected third-party providers apply their own retention rules.
7. Security and your choices
Undermax uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no local storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep Windows updated, protect your account, download software only from official sources, and revoke a provider credential if you believe it has been exposed.
You can use the core editor without enabling Studio Assistant. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held through a support interaction, subject to applicable law and necessary security verification.
8. Children
Card Duel Studio is a professional game-development tool and is not directed to children. Users must meet the age and eligibility requirements of Windows, RPG Maker MZ, and every optional service they connect.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the app, website, legal requirements, or connected-service behavior changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
